The records include correspondence, subject files, and minutes. The correspondence is primarily between officials in the Board of World Missions and TLC officials and is arranged chronologically. Subject files include financial records and extensive documentation of a controversy between TLC president Chin and vice president Lars Bjorsvik, a missionary from the Norwegian Mission Society. Minutes include not only those of the biennial meetings but also of council meetings, joint meetings of the council with the executives of the TLM, and the first meeting of the TLC Board of Trustees in 1962.
